After the events of Inhumans versus X-Men, a new group of mutants enroll in the Xavier Institute for gifted youngsters. Slowely, this group is joined by members of the original Generation X team. After issue 9, the Marvel Legacy event starts, in which all the issues of the previous volume of Generation X are counted together, making the 10th issue of this series, the 85th in total.
